Above and beyond!  It was an absolute pleasure working with Blayne to sell our family home.  His knowledge of the neighborhood and real estate in general is exceptional.  Blayne ensured a sometimes challenging and emotional process was smooth and proceeded timely.  His knowledge and advice were very helpful and he ensured our wishes were respected and met.  Blayne was always one step ahead and there was no time or situation where we were waiting on him.  His willingness to help with tasks outside the scope of his role was greatly appreciated and often he suggested solutions ahead of our asking.
